The Transformer scooter is covered by our 30-day No-Hassel return policy. If for whatever reason the scooter is not right for you, you are eligible to return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of purchase price minus the shipping and a 15% restocking fee.
The item must be in new condition – no damage, no scratches, etc. - with original packaging and all parts and accessories.
• A Return Authorization (RA) must be requested from Go Mobility within 30 days of delivery.
• Once the RA has been received from Go Mobility, you will receive instructions where to return the scooter.
• You can expect a refund within 3-5 days of our receiving and completing an inspection on your returned product.
